Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at strongerthanmed@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Stronger Than Medicine – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Stronger Than Medicine (STM), we want you to love your purchase. All STM products are made on demand and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful. This means each item is custom-printed and shipped directly to you after you place your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:

  1. Please contact STM within 30 days of receiving your order at strongerthanmed@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
  3. STM will review your claim and coordinate with Printful to replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Note: Some items, including personalized or custom-printed products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or misprinted.


Lost or Incorrect Shipments

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact STM within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • If the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, STM will work with Printful to reship the order; reshipping costs may apply.

Exchanges & Size Issues

  • STM does not automatically offer exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.
  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact STM. Exchanges may require placing a new order at your expense, depending on availability.

International Orders

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized or custom-printed products (unless defective or misprinted)
  • Health & hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., face masks)
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery

How STM Works With Printful

All orders are fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Your personal information is shared only with Printful for the purpose of producing and shipping your order. STM remains the point of contact for all customer support, returns, and refunds.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email strongerthanmed@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Include photos and a description of the issue.
  3. STM will confirm eligibility and coordinate with Printful.
  4. If approved, STM will issue a replacement or refund within 5–10 business days of approval.

Additional Notes

  • STM reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
